Cyclone Series: Perfect for Turf and Ornamental (T&O) Companies
Turf and Ornamental companies prefer our Cyclone series. While still powerful, these sprayers offer a lower psi setting, making them ideal for treating delicate plants. The extra pressure is typically not necessary for T&O applications.
Storm Series: The Choice for Cleaning Professionals
Cleaning professionals love our Storm series. These sprayers offer the lower flow rate of the Cyclone series and are small enough to easily maneuver indoors. For specialized cleaning and sanitization needs, we also offer the MicroBurst series and VOLT electrostatic series.
What's Included with Each Sprayer?
Each sprayer comes with everything you need to get started. You'll receive a battery, charger, nozzles, wand, spray handle/gun, and wand holster(s). Please note that the included accessories may vary depending on the sprayer model.
Should You Consider Spare Batteries?
While our batteries last for up to three (3) hours of continuous spraying, having a spare battery can be useful in case of unforeseen incidents. It's always a good idea to have a backup in case you lose or accidentally damage your battery. Some customers find it helpful to have one battery charging while another is in use.
Operation & Maintenance Tips
Using Water-Soluble Granules
You can absolutely use water-soluble granules in our sprayers. To avoid clogging the inlet filter and pump, we recommend thoroughly mixing the product in an appropriate container before putting it into the sprayer. If re-mixing is required, simply spray back into the tank and agitate the liquid.
Using Bleach
Bleach can be used in our sprayers with Viton seals in a 1:3 bleach to water ratio maximum. After using a bleach solution, it's important to rinse and flush the sprayer thoroughly to avoid damage to the diaphragm pump.
Compatible Products
Our sprayers are compatible with a wide range of products used across various industries. However, we recommend checking the compatibility of your intended product with the wetted materials used in our sprayers (Viton, TV, PVC, and polyethylene).
Extending the Life of Your Sprayer
Here are a couple of tips to help you extend the life of your sprayer:
- Always clean your sprayer after each use. This simple step is often overlooked but can prevent early failures.
- Avoid leaving your sprayer outside in inclement weather or directing spray hose water towards the chamber containing the pump and electronics. While the battery door is waterproof and the internal components are water-resistant, excessive water ingress can shorten your sprayer's lifespan over time.
Choosing the Right Nozzle
When selecting a nozzle for your sprayer, make sure it meets the minimum flow requirements. Using a nozzle with lower flow rates can cause damage and early failure to your sprayer's pump. End users must use the FlowZone factory nozzles included in the sprayer carton.

Our typical lead time is around 30 days for full container orders. For LCL shipments, the lead time may be 35-40 days.
Payment Term
We usually require a 30% T/T payment in advance, with the remaining 70% due upon copy B/L. Alternatively, we offer a 50% T/T payment in advance, with the remaining 50% due upon copy B/L.
