The Typhoon series is the top choice for POs, thanks to its higher psi rating. With a further spray distance and higher flow rate, it's perfect for pest control applications.
T&O companies prefer the Cyclone series, which offers the right pressure without the need for extra power. The lower psi setting is also ideal for treating delicate plants.
Cleaning professionals love the Storm series for its lower flow rate and maneuverability. It's small enough to easily navigate indoor spaces. We also offer specialized cleaning and sanitization sprayers through our MicroBurst and VOLT electrostatic series.
Each sprayer comes with essential accessories, including a battery, charger, nozzles, wand, spray handle/gun, and wand holster(s). The included accessories may vary depending on the sprayer model.
While our batteries last up to three (3) hours of continuous spraying, having a spare battery can be useful for unforeseen incidents. Some customers find it helpful to have one battery charging while another is in use.
Using water-soluble granules in our sprayers is absolutely possible. To avoid clogging, we recommend thoroughly mixing the product in a separate container before putting it into the sprayer. If re-mixing is required, simply spray back into the tank and agitate the liquid.
Bleach can be used in our sprayers with Viton seals, in a 1:3 bleach to water ratio max. After using a bleach solution, it's important to rinse and flush the sprayer thoroughly to avoid damage to the diaphragm pump.
Our sprayers are compatible with a wide range of products used across various industries. However, we recommend checking the compatibility of your intended product with the wetted materials used in our sprayers (Viton, TV, PVC, and polyethylene).
To extend the life of your sprayer, make sure to clean it after each use. This simple step is often overlooked but can prevent early failures. Additionally, avoid leaving your sprayer outside in inclement weather or directing spray hose water towards the pump and electronics chamber.
When it comes to nozzles, use any nozzle that meets the minimum flow requirements. Using a nozzle with lower flow rates can cause damage and early failure to the sprayer's pump. The FlowZone factory nozzles are included in the sprayer carton and must be used by end users.
Our lead time is around 30 days for full container orders, and 35-40 days for LCL shipments. Payment terms are typically 30% T/T in advance, 70% after upon copy B/L, or 50% T/T in advance, 50% after upon copy B/L. Our products come with a 12-month warranty period.
