Included Accessories

Each sprayer comes with a battery, charger, nozzles, wand, spray handle/gun, and wand holster(s). Please note that the included accessories may vary depending on the sprayer model.

But what about spare batteries? While our batteries last up to three (3) hours of continuous spraying, having a spare battery can be a lifesaver in case of unforeseen incidents. Imagine losing your battery or accidentally damaging it! Some customers find it helpful to have one battery charging while another is in use.

Operation & Maintenance Made Easy

Now, let's address some common questions:

Can you use water-soluble granules in our sprayers? Absolutely! Just make sure to thoroughly mix the product in an appropriate container before putting it into the sprayer. If re-mixing is required, simply spray back into the tank and agitate the liquid.

What about bleach? Our sprayers with Viton seals can handle a 1:3 bleach to water ratio max. After using a bleach solution, remember to rinse and flush the sprayer thoroughly to avoid damage to the diaphragm pump.

Curious about the compatibility of products with our sprayers? While the majority of products work well, we recommend checking the compatibility of your intended product with the wetted materials used in our sprayers (Viton, TV, PVC, and polyethylene).

First and foremost, clean your sprayer after each use! This simple step is often overlooked but can significantly extend your sprayer's lifespan. Additionally, avoid leaving your sprayer outside in inclement weather or directing spray hose water towards the pump and electronics chamber. While our sprayers are designed to be water-resistant, excessive water ingress can shorten their lifespan over time.

Shipping and Payment Information

Our lead time is typically around 30 days for full container orders. For LCL shipments, the lead time may be slightly longer at 35-40 days.

As for payment terms, we usually require 30% T/T in advance and the remaining 70% upon copy B/L. Alternatively, we offer a 50% T/T in advance and 50% upon copy B/L payment option.
