Which sprayer should I choose?

Our versatile sprayers are suitable for a wide range of applications. However, different industries have their preferences:

 
• Pest Control Operators (POs) tend to prefer the Typhoon series due to its higher psi rating, allowing for a further spray distance and higher flow rate.

 
• Turf and Ornamental (T&O) companies usually opt for the Cyclone series as the extra pressure is typically unnecessary. The lower psi setting on the Cyclone is also beneficial for treating delicate plants.

 
• Cleaning professionals often choose the Storm series for its lower flow rate, similar to the Cyclone, and its maneuverability indoors. We also offer specialized cleaning/sanitization sprayers through the MicroBurst series and VOLT electrostatic series.

What comes with each sprayer?

While the included accessories may vary depending on the sprayer, each sprayer comes with a battery, charger, nozzles, wand, spray handle/gun, and wand holster(s).

Should I buy spare batteries?

Our batteries typically last up to three (3) hours of continuous spraying, depending on the pressure setting. It is unlikely for the battery to run out of power during a day's work. However, having a spare battery can be useful in case of unforeseen incidents such as losing or accidentally damaging the battery. Some customers find it helpful to have one battery charging while another is in use.

Operation & Maintenance

Can I use water-soluble granules in the sprayer?

Absolutely! To avoid clogging the inlet filter and/or pump, we recommend thoroughly mixing the product in an appropriate container before putting it into the sprayer. If re-mixing is required, it can be easily done by spraying back into the tank and agitating the liquid.

Can I use bleach in the sprayer?

Bleach can be used in our sprayers with Viton seals in a 1:3 bleach to water ratio maximum. After using a bleach solution in the sprayer, it is important to rinse and flush the sprayer thoroughly to avoid damaging the diaphragm pump.

What products can be used in FlowZone sprayers?

Our sprayers are compatible with a wide range of products used across various industries. However, we recommend checking the compatibility of the intended product with the wetted materials used in our sprayers (Viton, TV, PVC, and polyethylene).

How can I extend the life of my sprayer?

Here are a couple of tips to extend the life of your sprayer:

 
1. Clean your sprayer after each use. This is often overlooked but is crucial in preventing early failures.

 
2. Avoid leaving your sprayer outside in inclement weather or directing spray hose water towards the chamber containing the pump and electronics. While the battery door is waterproof and the internal components are water-resistant, excessive water ingress can shorten the sprayer's life over time.

What nozzles can I use?

You can use any nozzle that meets the minimum flow requirements. Using a nozzle with lower flow rates can cause damage and early failure to your sprayer's pump. End users must use the FlowZone factory nozzles provided in the sprayer carton.

Lead time?

Our lead time is typically around 30 days for full container orders. For LCL shipments, the lead time is 35-40 days.

Payment term?

Our standard payment term is 30% T/T in advance and 70% upon copy B/L. Alternatively, we offer a 50% T/T in advance and 50% upon copy B/L payment option.

Warranty?

Our products come with a 12-month warranty period.
